Return policy 

Orders can be returned for a store credit, within 14 days of receiving your order. We will only accept returns for products that have been approved via our returns portal. You will also need to cover the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty. 

PAID WITH AFTERPAY?

Once your return has been processed you'll receive a full store credit for you return, so you'll be able to shop again straight away while continuing to pay the remaining Afterpay payments.

I have received a fault or wrong item, what should i do? 

We're so sorry if we've sent you a faulty or incorrect item. To make a return, follow the steps below so we can resolve this for you ASAP.

please email us on info@belaireave.com . Please make sure to explain the issue and upload a photo of the problem. once approved, you will be given a refund when the sweater has been returned. 

The return status will update to "pending approval" and our team will get back to you with a resolution within 24 hours.

When will i receive my store credit? 

All items returned back to us are issued a store credit via email within a few hours of arriving back at our warehouse facility. Your store credit is valid for 12 months and can be used on all products!
